Since August 2017 Utopia's memberbase is hosted at Producteev.
It allows us to share information and files at real time and it's free :)

How does it work?

Once you've passed all given tests and become a member of Utopia, I'll invite you to join our network.
You'll then receive an e-mail from producteev informing you that you've been invited with a link provided in it. Also check your spam folder, just in case it was dropped there.
It's given that the E-mail address has to be spelt correctly, so check it twice.
The link in the E-mail will take you to a sign up form at Producteev which, in order to participate, I'd like to ask you to fill in.
It's a free service, don't worry. Your data is safe, too, with hypertext transfer protocol secure (https) and SSL.
Once you've registered with Producteev and logged in, you'll be able to see Utopia network. I'll assign you tasks there which will then appear in "My Projects" on the left side menu.
Clicking on the project will lead you to the tasks, clicking on them allows you to set the state to "In Progress", "Active", "Completed" or even "Paused", so no more guessing what's going on.
Which is why I'd like to ask you to pause a task if you, let's say, go on holidays, for example or generally can't work on it for a certain time.
The same window reads "Type a note, add followers using @..." By clicking in it, you may type a note, asking questions about the task, or what else. You also can attach files here, too. The maximum file size is 15 MB.
If your file exeeds the limit, please make sure to split it.

Advantages

The main advantage to this is that you may use apps (on iPhone, Android, iPad or Mac) and stay up-to-date through alerts when you're being assigned a mission or when there are other updates, reminders...
The discussion with other members might also help you finishing a task. Let's say: You've got some pretty nasty sound word to clean, but can't figure out a good way to do it, then you can use the note function to ask questions or even help. It's really about team work.
You may sign up with your Facebook or Google+ id, so it's not much of a hassle.
